The Basic Patient Email Reminder Service makes life easier for the front desk personnel, reduces missed and broken appointments, and increases patient convenience and satisfaction.

There are no obligations for subscribing to this safe, secure, HIPAA-compliant service. You must be totally satisified each and every month. There is no long term contract to sign and even the activation fee is refundable. The online service sends out an electronic appointment card as soon as an appointment is scheduled, and a reminder email three days ahead of the appointment. Obviously, the more patients with email addresses on file, the greater the efficiency and the fewer phone calls that have to be made.

Activation
Activating the service is simple, quick, and easy for qualified practices. There are two minimal requirements:
- An Internet connection (dial-up, dsl or cable) and
- Entry of patient appointments in the practice management software's scheduler module.
The installation itself is quick and painless, as we do all the work over the Internet. We just need to ask you a few questions in order to customize the service for your needs. As soon as staff schedules an appointment, an email is automatically sent to the patient documenting the time, date and place of their appointment. The appointment information can be import directly into Microsoft Outlook or Apple iCal. This electronic card significantly reduces the chance of missed appointments.
